FBK has been invited by ADACI to make a presentation on the world of sustainable energy and hydrogen during the event “Attraverso la storia degli Acquisti: dagli inizi all’Intelligenza Artificiale e Sostanibilità [The history of Procurement: from the beginning to the AI and sustainability]”, which took place on Saturday 18 May 2024 in Fauglia, Tuscany.

Francesca Panaccione – researcher of the Hydrogen Technologies and Resilient Energy System Unit of the Center Sustainable Energy of FBK – presented the energy context and the hydrogen role in the energy decarbonisation. In that occasion, Francesca presented the AMON project and the strategic role of ammonia as hydrogen carrier.

ADACI – Associazione Italiana Acquisti e Supply Management is the Italian association for procurement and supply management. It provides training and events with cultural content relevant to the world of purchasing. The Association wished to make a parenthesis on how the energy market is evolving and the impact that this will have on the procurement.
